Project Scope

For this kitchen renovation, the client felt the existing space was difficult to use and that the cabinetry was not practical for everyday living. The wall cabinets did not extend to the ceiling, leaving wasted space above and making the kitchen feel incomplete and inefficient. She wanted a design that was both functional and visually elevated.

We reimagined the cabinetry layout and selected navy blue cabinets paired with quartz countertops to create a timeless yet bold foundation. Storage was redesigned with the client’s daily needs in mind, incorporating functional features such as a dedicated spice drawer and a corner cabinet with pull-out shelving to maximize accessibility and eliminate hard-to-reach areas

To further improve functionality, we enlarged the existing peninsula by adding cabinetry to the opposite side, increasing storage while also enhancing the overall usability of the space. One cabinet was finished with glass fronts to allow for display, adding a subtle custom detail and visual interest.

The wall cabinetry was redesigned with taller upper cabinets and stacked cabinetry, eliminating awkward gaps at the ceiling and creating a more cohesive, custom look. These changes transformed the kitchen into a space that feels purposeful, efficient, and thoughtfully designed, blending strong visual impact with everyday practicality.
